Course Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best possible service. However, in the event of a course cancellation, the following policies will apply:

1. Non-Refundable Registration Fee

The course registration fee is non-refundable.

2. Tuition Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: A full tuition refund will be provided if a student cancels the course before the intended start date.
  • Partial Refund: If a student cancels the course within two weeks of the start date, tuition for the classes taken up to the cancellation date will be deducted.
  • Late Cancellations: For cancellations made after the first two weeks of the course, tuition for the classes taken up to the cancellation date will be deducted, and 20% of the remaining tuition fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

3. Visa Support Program Deposit

The down payment for the visa support program is non-refundable once the application has been submitted.

4. Refund Policy for Visa Rejection

If a student’s visa application is rejected, a tuition refund will be provided, minus the following costs: visa document fees, books, DHL delivery fees, and other related expenses. Tuition for classes already taken will also be deducted.

Refunds will only be processed if the following conditions are met:

  • Return of the original letter of acceptance and all other documents issued by the school.
  • Submission of a copy of the visa rejection letter. The school must be informed immediately if a visa rejection occurs. Any classes taken before the notification will be considered as taken and non-refundable.

5. Required Documentation for Refund

The original payment receipt must be presented when claiming a refund.

6. Visa Cancellation Requirement

For refunds related to X2 visas or Residence Permits (RP) processed through the school, the visa or permit must be canceled at the visa center before the refund can be processed.
