For students seeking accommodation, our school offers assistance with renting both shared and single apartments that are comfortable and cozy, as well as with homestays.

1. Shared Apartment
 Type A – Standard Bedroom – Shared Bathroom

– Private bedroom, 8-15 ㎡
– Shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen
– 20–30 minutes by metro to school
– Most affordable option
Price range: 3,000 – 4,000 RMB/month

2. Shared Apartment
 Type B – Master Bedroom with Private Bathroom

– Private bedroom 15-20㎡
– Private bathroom
– Shared living room and kitchen
– 20–30 minutes by metro to school
– Good balance of privacy and cost
Price range: 4,500 – 6,000 RMB/month

3. Private Studio

– Fully private unit – around 35 ㎡
– Private bathroom + kitchenette
– Modern building
– 20–30 minutes by metro to school
– Ideal for students who prefer full privacy
Price range: 6,000 – 7,000 RMB/month

4. Homestay
 (Limited Availability)

– Private room in a local family home ( shared or
private bathroom, depending on the family)
– Breakfast included (optional)
– Cultural immersion + daily Mandarin practice
– 30–50 minutes by metro to school
Price range: 4,500 – 6,500 RMB/month (depending on location, breakfast options and bathroom options)

⭐ How the Housing Process Works

1. Confirm Course Enrollment & Tuition The student completes course registration and payment.
2. We Coordinate with Our Housing Partners Based on the student’s needs, we connect housing partners to provide around three suitable accommodation options. Students may choose immediately or wait until their visa is approved. (We recommend confirming the housing after the visa is issued.)
3. Visa Approved → Confirm Housing Once the visa is ready, we help the student:
– Confirm the room with the housing partner
– Review and sign the housing contract
– Arrange payment
– Finalize move‑in date
8. Arrival in Shanghai & Move‑in The student arrives in Shanghai and moves into the confirmed accommodation.
9. Optional: Hotel + On‑site Viewing Students may also book 1–2 nights in a hotel first. After arriving in Shanghai, they can visit the available rooms with the housing agent and choose their preferred option before moving in.

We do not rent out apartments directly. Instead, we partner with a trusted agency that assists our students in finding the perfect place to stay, tailored to their budget and preferences.
