The course registration fee is non-refundable.
2. Tuition Refund Policy

- Late Cancellations: For cancellations made after the first two weeks of the course, tuition for the classes taken up to the cancellation date will be deducted, and 20% of the remaining tuition fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
4. Refund Policy for Visa Rejection
If a student’s visa application is rejected, a tuition refund will be provided, minus the following costs: visa document fees, books, DHL delivery fees, and other related expenses.
Refunds will only be processed if the following conditions are met:

6. Visa Cancellation Requirement
For refunds related to X2 visas or Residence Permits (RP) processed through the school, the visa or permit must be canceled at the visa center before the refund can be processed.
7. Refund After Course Has Started
If a student cancels the course within two weeks of the start date, a refund will be issued after deducting the tuition fees for all classes attended up to the cancellation date.
If a student cancels the course after the first two weeks, the tuition fees for attended classes will be deducted, and an additional 20% of the remaining tuition balance will be charged as a cancellation fee.
All courses must be completed within the agreed period from the start date. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of any remaining lessons. No transfers or refunds will be granted for unused sessions.
